FM radios tend to be a very pervasive technology, with a large installed base of users. FM radios
are found in homes, in cars, in local businesses. FM radios are an inexpensive way of reaching the
local community through a school radio station.
Recommendation
Consider doing a Radio Drive, asking the local community to donate used FM radios in working condition
for each class room in your school. This can be an excellent way to distribute daily information, as well
as a wonderful opportunity to build enthusiasm within a student population to "learn" how to create
programs for the school radio station.
